i finally had my subway sandwich today. and oh what joy it was to take that first bite into the soft and fresh bread. to feel the crisp lettuce and onions crunch and crackle beneath my teeth. and with the other cucumbers and olives and carrots and capsicum. and the kicker, 8 meaty meatballs soaked with bolognease sauce…oh and amalgam of wonderful flavours. oh how i missed you so. im such a pig at times me thinks. so thats my lunch …a hearty meatball foot long italian herbs and cheese subway sandwich with the lot (means all the veges except the pickles and th jalapeños)
